Assignment 1 - Presentation

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

We have to form our group which consists of four members and do presentation slides for this presentation. The topic given to us is Area and Volume. We are required to produce presentation slides and present the information we have gathered in class. We have chosen the topic of pyramid and pyramidal frustum.

REFLECTION

As this is a presentation assignment, I have learnt how to communicate appropriately in various settings and modes. 

Upon completing this assignment, i understand more about team dynamics that cooperation and communication is very important as this is a group work.

Assignment 2 - Statistic Survey Report

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

First of all, in this assignment we are divided into groups. My group consists of four members. We are required to choose one type of disease and do research about the disease we have chosen and then prepare 200 survey questionnaire forms to do a survey. The topic we have chosen is Parkinson's Disease. Then, produce an A2 infographic board and also a statistic report by using the survey questionnaire.

REFLECTION

I have improved my communication skills throughout this assignment. For example, we need to do a survey by giving out the survey forms to 200 people. We faced challenges when carrying out this survey as we need to communicate with strangers by explaining the purpose of this survey to them in order for them to complete the survey forms.

As this is a group assignment, my interpersonal skills had also improved. I understand that communication between group members is very important throughout this assignment.

In this assignment,  we are able to think more critically and creatively when creating the infographic in order to make it look more interesting. Moreover, we need to analyse problems and then find solutions for it.
